Police: Death Of Toddler Last May Now Being Investigated As Homicide!

Lexington Police say a baby who died at UK Hospital five months ago has been ruled as a homicide victim. Madison Ann Cundiff was 22 months old when she died in May of what police now call a traumatic brain injury. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office says the injury was likely caused by violent shaking of the infant, or Shaken Impact Syndrome.
